Who Owns Dry Vegas Now
Dry Vegas has a new owner. We bought Dry Vegas Inc, the water damage company that worked out of 1517 Rainbow Meadows Dr in northwest Las Vegas. Nothing about the name changed, and nothing about the address changed. What changed is the owner, the phone number and a service area that now covers the whole valley.
We bought it because the name already meant something here. People searched for it, reviewed it and saved its number. Starting over under a new name would have thrown that away. So the company keeps its history, and we keep working under it.
Where Dry Vegas Came From
The company has been around since about 2012. Its LinkedIn company page lists that year as the founding. By 2013 it had an X account at @DRYVEGAS, a YouTube channel with three videos, and a Pinterest account opened on June 26, 2013.
The best part of that history is the customers. The old Google profile for Dry Vegas shows a 5.0 rating from 10 reviews. Those reviews were written for the company before we owned it, and they stay with the company.

What Stays the Same

The job stays the same too. Get the water out, set up drying, and check every wet spot with a meter until it reads dry. Readings get written down each visit, so you have proof the house is dry and something to hand your adjuster. The EPA says water damaged areas should be dried within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold, and that clock is the reason we ask so many questions on the first call.
