The city runs from the 1940s homes near downtown out to the 2000s streets of Summerlin and Centennial Hills, so a leak call can mean an old galvanized line or a newer PEX run. Census estimates for the whole city put the median home at 1994, and about 43% of occupied homes are rented. Our office sits inside the city on Rainbow Meadows Dr.

Storms and Runoff Near Las Vegas
- The Las Vegas Valley is a basin with a single outlet, the Las Vegas Wash, so rain runoff drains to the east side of the valley and on to Lake Mead.Source en.wikipedia.org
- Rain over the mountains around the valley can flood the valley floor as it runs off, and more hardscape as the valley grew has added to that runoff.Source en.wikipedia.org
Storm water that ran over the ground is Category 3 water. It needs cleaning and often removal of soaked materials, not just fans. See flood cleanup and the live storm tracker.
